Aqua Design Amano Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the appointment of new
distributor in Germany, Aqua Design Amano Deutschland GmbH (“ADA Deutschland”,
Geschaftsfuhrer: Jorg Buhlmann, Berne-Motzen, Germany)

ADA Deutschland will start distribution of ADA Nature Aquarium Goods, and
Do!aqua products to the countries of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands,
and Denmark from May, 2012, and open a ADA Gallery in north Germany in the
latter half of this year. This gallery is used for the display of ADA Nature
Aquarium Goods and Do!aqua product lineups, and display aquarium tanks, and it
is a home and starting point of emerging aquascape scene of Germany.

This appointment makes it possible to supply ADA Nature Aquarium Goods, and
Do!aqua products more widely in above mentioned countries. For product

Q) I would like to ask about Wabi-kusa. My Wabi-kusa has become too long and
algae have grown on some of the leaves. May I trim off all the leaves in this
case? Will new leaves develop even after trimming?

A) Aquatic plants selected as Wabi-kusa are basically suitable for aquatic
plant layouts and have a high tolerance for trimming. If you are trimming
Wabi-kusa for the first time, you should trim them at the lower end so that
aging of the stem plant’s lower stems can be slowed down. Still, such aging is
unavoidable as the trimming is repeated and the lower stems of stem plants
gradually turn blackish or harden. If this symptom is observed, development of
new leaves cannot be expected even after trimming. In this case, replace the
plants with new Wabi-kusa.
